Reading what other women have written is hugely beneficial to many of us as well. Finding the stories that resonate, the experiences we share, and the words for feelings we hadn't been able to flesh out yet. There is healing in feeling validated and understood. And in finding once again, that you are not alone.
Which is why we're such huge fans of Addiction Hope and Recovery's series: Tips From Women in Recovery. These women have powerful stories, truths and insights to share -- and it makes us especially proud to see so many of the women in Our Togetherness Communities involved in this series.
