Writing, sharing, processing.  Many of us have found that writing has been an instrumental part of our recovery -- whether that be journaling, blogging or sharing on an online forum or private facebook page.  There is something about putting our thoughts, feelings and experiences down in writing that validates, clarifies and helps us begin healing from what we are going through.

Reading what other women have written is hugely beneficial to many of us as well.  Finding the stories that resonate, the experiences we share, and the words for feelings we hadn't been able to flesh out yet.  There is healing in feeling validated and understood.  And in finding once again, that you are not alone.

Which is why we're such huge fans of Addiction Hope and Recovery's series: Tips From Women in Recovery.  These women have powerful stories, truths and insights to share -- and it makes us especially proud to see so many of the women in Our Togetherness Communities involved in this series.

    PURPOSE

This space was originally created to share ideas and tools, and bring together women whose lives have been affected by a loved one's pornography addiction and/or infidelity. As well as those who support and love them.  And all those who wish to become better educated about the issues of pornography and addiction in our society.

While there will be no further posts, there is a wealth of amazing information here -- most especially in the Community Lessons linked to through the picture below.  Please check them out!
